Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue payments
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management
Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making
