Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain financial records for the company by analyzing the following daily schedule and completing tasks every day for that day.
Reconcile bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.
Supporting auditors to complete the statutory audit as well as internal audits.
Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries.
Maintain account receivable and account payable up to date.
Complete end-of-month procedures.
Maintain up-to-date stock statements. Frequent physical stock verification with stock statement maintained.
Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Handle all day-to-day accounting
Co-ordinate with parties and bank and tax office

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Complete bachelor's degree having 2 years of experience
Proficient in Ms-office
Proper knowledge of the full accounting cycle
Working knowledge of accounting software- Tally
Good communication skills with national and international parties
Proactive and smart
Able to handle all invoicing, follow up with concerned parties
Knowledge of income tax, vat, and custom duty
Able to work on a tight timeline
Participate in handling other official works
Should have a valid two-wheeler driving license
