Job Description

  • Maintain detailed, accurate, up-to-date budget information for each program
  • Assist Team Leads in establishing yearly budget and making relevant and necessary changes
  • Receive requests for logistics from Team Leads and compare with budgetary allocations.
  • Conduct market surveys, gather invoices, select the best offer
  • Prepare vouchers and cheques for the release of funds and procure logistics as approved.
  • Ensure maximum compliance of tax laws, especially with withholding taxes in all purchases.
  • File payment vouchers and receipts and keep soft copies of all payments and receipts using Excel
  • or any accounting software.
  • Communicate purchases information to Team Leads and Country Director and reconcile figures
  • quarterly.
  • Receive financial statements quarterly for all organization’s accounts from the bank(s) and
  • reconcile all deposits and withdrawals.
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  • Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
  • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
  • Strategize on fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.

Note : Must have valid license  and own two wheeler
