Job Description

  • Execute and manage compliance under Corporate & Other Laws
  • Implementing of Corporate Governance processes
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the legal department, including but not limited to: seeking providing guidance on legal matters such as workplace policies, contract negotiations, and litigation.
  • Report to the chairman and often liaise with board members.
