Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • File VAT, TDS and income tax returns
  • Prepare Salary Sheets and compute SST and Remuneration Tax
  • Manage imports through LC, DAP, TT and RTGS and prepare necessary documents and deal with the bank regarding the same
  • Analyze raw material consumption and finished goods production reports from factory and analyze variance and ensure control
  • Summarize stock reports and analyze variances
  • Reconcile creditors & debtors accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Assist in Audit of financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Prepare bank reports as per requirement and submit on timely basis
  • Ensure proper insurance coverage of the fixed assets and inventories of the company at appropriate insurance premium
  • Prepare necessary documents and deal with the surveyor and the  insurance company in case of any claims of loss/damages of insured property
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
