Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Reports To: Group Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in software for all the group companies.
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries.
Should have good knowledge of Double Entry Book Keeping System.
Should have basic knowledge of Taxation.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Process vendor invoices, Generate supplier ageing & preparing cheque on weekly basis.
Generate and send invoices to Local Travel Agents for payment collection, outstanding payments and manage collections for Subsidiaries Company.

3. Bank & Cash Management:

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Process payments and receipts through bank transactions.
Maintain petty cash and reconcile expenses.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office Tally, or other ERP systems).
2 Wheeler Bike License will be advantages.
Should perform the duties of proper filing of records.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Should give the extra efforts on the yearly closings of books of accounts & tax fillings period.
Preparing & taking Balance Confirmation for all the Companies after Closing of FY.
