Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Should be familiar with Tally or equivalent

Manage cashbook and maintain cash receipt and cash payment
Tally Bank Statement of different banks cheque entry after collecting from customers
Work outside office in absence of other account executive
Responsible for maintaining account and handling tax compliance efficiently
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology
Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities
Documents financial transactions by entering account information
Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement every month
Preparation of salary sheet
