Job Description

The accounts assistant shall perform the following tasks under regular supervision of a senior manager:

Bookkeeping/Data Entry & operating Accounting Software
Preparing Bank Reconciliations & Party Reconciliations in a designed format
Sales Reconciliation in a designated format
Periodic Inventory and Fixed Asset Verification
Preparation of MIS report in the designated format
Weekly and monthly financial reporting in designated format
Monitoring taxation and legal issues
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place
Other duties considered reasonable in line with the position and in the normal course of business
