Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account and Admin Officer to join our team. As the Account and Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company.


Accounting Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Payroll Processing:

  • Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including tax withholding and reporting requirements.

Financial Reporting:

  • Generate financial reports, statements, and analyses to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents for audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing office operations.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff members.

Record Keeping & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and regulations.
