Job Description

  • Managing day-to-day accounting transactions and keep related documents updated.
  • Properly maintain transactions in software
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions, banks and transactions keep up-to-date
  • Sole responsible for updating and submitting of tax and all compliances such as TDS, VAT, Income Tax, Renewals, Financial Contracts, Audit, Company update and Others
  • Preparing daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, balance sheets, trail balance as an when require
  • Processing invoices and fallow up for payment collections
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchase, good receipt, payment process and grievances of vendors
  • Properly communicate with employees of different departments such as customer support, business development, HR/admin and HODs
  • Proper cash flow management, such as planning for monthly expenses, receipts, payments, payables, receivables etc.
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by the employees, customers and different departments
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
  • Supporting the finance manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Overall responsible for execution of account, finance and compliance related SOPs
