Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Accounts & Admin Assistant (full-time or part-time) to support our growing operations. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our finance and admin functions while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute accounting & general administrative tasks efficiently to support overall office operations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Ensure systematic organization and upkeep of both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Enter financial data into Tally software with accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit TDS & VAT statements on the IRD portal and submit SSF & CIT.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of bank and cash statements.
  • Generate periodic financial reports for internal management review.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports for tax authorities and other government bodies.
  • Support in the preparation of final accounts, including the balance sheet and related financial statements.
