Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Record daily financial transactions and maintain supporting documents in the accounting software.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in VAT filing, TDS calculation, and other compliance tasks to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate with banks and other parties for financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve financial processes and implement cost-saving measures.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including timely payment processing and collection.
Conduct periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Provide support to other team members and executives as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting field, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
