Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant / Storekeeper to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inventory management, accurate financial records, and cost control at The Society

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial and inventory records
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, receipts, payments, and vendor transactions
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including timely vendor payments and petty cash management
  • Assist with monthly bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and budget tracking
  • Work closely with management on budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of food, beverages, and general supplies
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain up-to-date stock records
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all inventory items
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill stock requests efficiently
  • Track consumption patterns, identify wastage or shortages, and recommend improvements
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in storage areas
