Job Specification

Education Level : Graduate (Masters)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • At least Masters Degree in Accountancy with 2-3 yrs of experience
  • Able to work in a team. Should be able to prepare reports, liaise with banks for the various financial including LC management and various operations work and communicate independently with auditors and revenue department, analyzing, of finance/fund management, preparation of budgets
  • Experience in any computerized accounting system, preferably in Tata EX
  • Knowledge in VAT, INCOME TAX & CUSTOM.
  • Good command in written and spoken English/Nepali languages.
  • The Candidate should be able to ensure Agency operations run smoothly within departments. Ensure contracts, insurance requirements, and government regulations and safety standards are followed properly
  • Plan long and short-term maintenance needs; Modernize and update equipment
  • Oversee all support services; Handle the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies

Job Description

  • Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task 
  • Manage / monitor daily office operation
  • Manage/Monitor logistics and resources
  • Responsible for providing secretarial service
  • Responsible for handling telephone/fax and be responsible for all incoming calls/faxes and communicating to relevant persons and projects
  • Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
  • Possibility of being full time in near future and high potential for career growth.
  • Managing and supporting international consultants, work as required by country representative

Note: Candidate should have 2 wheeler driving license and having experience in Furniture Company will be preferred
