Minimum Specifications:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional Qualifications: Certification in Tally/QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (freshers can also apply, depending on company needs)
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP preferred)
- Understanding of tax processes (GST, TDS) and statutory compliance
Personal Attributes:
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Physical/Other Requirements:

Preferred Specifications

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with membership from ICAI
Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or audit (may vary by company and role seniority)
Technical Skills:
- Expert knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS)
- Strong tax knowledge (Direct and Indirect tax, GST, TDS)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in audit, compliance, and risk management
