Job Description

  • Supervise the processing of monthly employee salaries with precision and timeliness ensuring adherence to company policies, employment contracts, and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise the processing of travel and daily allowance claims, meticulously verifying travel expenses and compliance with corporate travel policies.
  • Manage the end-to-end processing of employee loans, including disbursements and deductions maintaining comprehensive loan records and communicate loan-related information effectively to employees.
  • Administer an array of fringe benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits collaborating closely with relevant departments to efficiently enroll and update benefit programs.
  • Ensure accurate computation of taxes and deductions from employee salaries.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation to ensure full compliance.
  • Execute the issuance and distribution of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) certificates, in adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide comprehensive support to employees with tax-related queries and documentation.
  • Oversee the accurate processing of employee leave payments, including earned and accrued leave maintaining meticulous records of leave balances.
  • Efficiently manage the full and final settlement process for departing employees calculating and executing final payments, encompassing gratuity where applicable.
