Job Description

Manage all accounting transactions
Publish financial statements on time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual final/closings Accounts
Reconcile Bank accounts, debtors/creditors, payable and receivable
Ensure excellent Banking management
Manage finals accounts ie.,balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Compute taxes, TDS & prepare tax returns
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
F & B costing, Occupancy and Revenue Analysis
Reconciliation of AR/AP, Cash, Bank, TDS, VAT
Preparation of Profit/Loss, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
Coordinate with Bank for Loan & Interest Settlement
Assests Management & Cost control
Weekly & Monthly financial reporting to the management
Preparing Financial Reports, Project Costing etc.
Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and Higher management
Reconciliation of Bank, Tax & TDS Purchase, Sales, customer/supplier accounts
Import/Export Costing
LC Documentation for Import & Export
Book Keeping , Stock Management & Invoicing
Preparing daily reports of sales, A/R, A/P, Cash Book and Bank book
Co-ordination & Dealings with Banks on Corporate Level including documentations/project reports/project analysis.
