Job Description

  • Should maintain records of daily sales and purchases
  • Should maintain daily cash book of income and expenses
  • Bricks counting and stock keeping
  • Shall be required to furnish reports periodically
  • Working with journals, sales and purchase ledgers and spreadsheets
  • Management of petty cash transactions
  • Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts
  • Ensuring all payments amounts and records are accurate

Other Specification

  • Must have completed +2 level
  • General accounting
  • Should be familiar with accounting software preferably TALLY
  • Should have general returns filing knowledge
  • Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
  • Working experience in travel agency will be an added advantage
