Malpi Institute Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records and accounting operations for its A-Level and +2 programmes. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, monitoring student fee collections, managing receivables, coordinating with parents when required, ensuring financial compliance, and supporting effective financial control using Pathshala software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of books of accounts timely and accurately (Income, Expense, Assets, Liabilities)
Proper documentation of records.
Collection and follow-up of receivables from students.
Correspondence with parents if required.
Control over bank account and ensure no leakage of company’s fund.
Adherence to company’s internal policy of accounts and finance
Adequate knowledge of VAT Act and the Income Tax Act.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BBS, Semi-qualified CA).
More than 3 years of experience in the field of finance, bookkeeping, and accounts.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in schools and colleges.
Knowledge of Pathshala accounting software is preferred.

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 per month
