A well-established and reputed academic institution is committed to providing quality education and fostering holistic development of students. We are currently seeking a qualified, dedicated, and experienced candidate for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and accounts of the institution
Prepare financial statements, reports, and annual budgets
Handle daily accounting tasks (cash book, ledger, bank reconciliation, etc.)
Manage payroll, billing, and student fee collection system
Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and tax requirements
Assist in internal and external audits
Monitor and control expenditures in coordination with institute administration

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management (BBS/BBA or equivalent)
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience (experience in educational institutions will be preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, or similar tools)
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
