Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounts and assist in basic taxation work. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of accounting software and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounts and office financial records
Handle billing, vouchers, and basic taxation work (VAT & Income Tax)
Assist in the preparation of reports for management
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries
Support general office administrative tasks as required

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1-year work experience preferred (freshers with good knowledge may apply)
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, Busy, QuickBooks, basic ERP systems, and IRD e-Tax
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Must have a valid driving license holder (two-wheeler preferred)

Salary Range: NPR 30,000 (negotiable based on experience)
Office Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday
Lunch: Provided by the Office
