Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update all financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries in compliance with company policies.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment statements ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
Handle daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions efficiently.
Record and monitor project-related expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs.
Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial summaries and reports.
Expertly use Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or similar).
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely financial reporting to management.
