Job Description

Smart x tactive, a leading importer/exporter in the industry, is seeking a highly competent Accountant to join our team in the import-export industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting and financial management for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Using Tally Accounting Software
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, invoices, and bills related to import/export transactions
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure accuracy and timely payment of invoices
Handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable for the organization
Maintain and update accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and other financial reports
Prepare, verify, and submit tax returns and other financial documents in compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
Monitor and track inventory levels and reconcile inventory records with financial records
Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
