Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
Ensure timely filing of VAT, TDS, and other statutory obligations
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Coordinate with external auditors and support in audit processes
Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and Nepalese tax regulations, including VAT compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Wave, or others)
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
