  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensuring proper cash flow to maintain daily operations efficiently.
  • Track expenses and revenue for events and restaurant operations.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing for clients and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in audits and tax preparation related to banquet and restaurant finances.
  • Monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory tracking, and waste control.
  • Identifying and mitigating financial risks specific to banquet and restaurant operations. 
  • Negotiating contracts and managing payments to suppliers.
  • Verifying daily sales transactions and reconciling them with accounting records.
  • Providing insights into profitability trends and sales performance.
  • Ensuring proper VAT, service charges, and other hospitality-related tax compliance.
