Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to sales, purchases, and inventory.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and daily cash flow monitoring.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT and TDS filings.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for stock and billing accuracy.
Assist with budgeting and internal audits.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Swastik) is preferred.

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the trading or construction materials industry.
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
