Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with Nepal’s financial regulations, and support the overall financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), tax laws, and core accounting principles.

This role requires someone capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Proficiency in Nepali typing is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare financial statements in compliance with NFRS
  • Handle VAT, TDS, and income tax filings and compliance
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Coordinate with auditors during audits and ensure timely reporting
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Typing and preparing financial documents and reports in Nepali
