NemaxNepal Industries is a leading company in the Manufacturing/Engineering industry and is currently seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to handle all financial and accounting tasks for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
Analyze and interpret financial information to make informed business decisions
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely recording
Review and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
Prepare and file various tax returns, including sales tax and payroll tax
Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Communicate with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any financial issues
Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting regulations and standards
Assist in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors and regulatory agencies

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing/Engineering industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of inventory management is a plus
