Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Coordinating with the Finance Head, and auditor to finalize the financial statements
Comply with government rules of Tax, TDS, and VAT and keep the accounting system up to date
Preparation of various financial reports and IRD related documents
Daily voucher entry, stock recheck in Tally
Deal with banking trade department and customs for import LC, TT, etc.
Manage Stock ledger
Making Financial Reports to senior management as required
Weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports
Emailing clients, Preparing Quotations, Creating Purchase Orders when required
You should be able to use smart phone, and are fast with computer

NOTE:

During interview visits - make sure to to bring a print out of your CV.
Office time will be 9 am to 6 pm.( In Winter 9am -5.30pm) (Lunch provided at Office)

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Management, Accountancy, Finance or a related field
At least 2/3 years of work experience in a relevant field with trading or manufacturing companies
Knowledge and experience of accounting and billing systems; must be very proficient in Tally
Highly Competent in Microsoft Office applications, and advanced excel skills
Fluency in written and vocal Nepali & English language
