Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s compliance with local tax and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger and accounting records
  • Handle daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow and manage budgets
  • Ensure compliance with government tax regulations (VAT, TDS, Income Tax)
  • Assist in annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
  • Manage payroll and employee reimbursements
  • Support inventory and asset management from an accounting perspective
  • Implement accounting software systems and processes (e.g., Tally, Swastik, or similar)
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations team for timely invoicing, billing, and payment processing
