Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities :

Bookkeeping: Manage and maintain records for China factory, cargo, and invoices.
Sales Invoicing: Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and promptly.
Data Entry: Record and maintain data related to purchases, sales, stock, bank transactions, and customer/supplier information.
Reporting: Generate and deliver weekly reports, stock reports, creditor/debtor reports, VAT returns, and PAYE reports.
Monitoring: Monitoring daily expenses and alert the related team of any issues in timely manner
Financial Records: Maintain and interpret financial records to ensure compliance and support decision-making processes.
Reconciliation: Reconcile the daily expenses given by factories and update records.

Strong accounting knowledge and background.

Strong organizational skills to manage work schedules efficiently.
