Job Description

A reputed manufacturing company is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual for the position of Accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using TALLY accounting software, specifically tailored to a manufacturing environment.
Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss accounts (P&L), Balance Sheets (BS), and Cash Flow Statements (CFS).
Design and maintain an effective Chart of Accounts for precision in reporting.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledgers.
Generate periodic management information reports (MIS) to assist in decision-making.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.
Communicate effectively with banks and external parties, preparing necessary documentation in fluent English.
Meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality work without time-tracking dependency.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Support audits and assist in internal financial reviews as needed.
