Accountant

We are seeking a motivated candidate with strong analytical skills and a passion for the hospitality industry to join our team as an Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspect of our hotels, resorts, and restaurants, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting tasks for multiple hotels, resorts and restaurants within the organization
• Prepare financial statements and reports accurately and within established timelines
• Monitor and reconcile all accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes and policies are followed
• Assist in budget preparation and actively monitor budget variances
• Keep abreast of accounting laws and regulations and ensure compliance
• Manage general ledger and journal entries
• Provide support in internal and external audits
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
