Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in the Construction/Real Estate industry. As a mid-level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial records of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for the organization.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
Perform monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare and review journal entries.
Support management in making informed financial decisions.
Forecast and track progress of projects, including cost analysis and budgeting.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to accounting and finance.
