Job Description

Sungava Apartment by Sadbhavana Housing Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accountant who can effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our apartment complex. This includes managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and preparing accurate financial statements and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records
Monitor and manage apartment cash flow
Coordinate and support external audits
Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, and Nepal Government Income Tax regulations
File E-TDS accurately and timely
Maintain accurate and organized documentation
Assist in budgeting and financial planning

Job Location: Sungava Apartment, Fulbari, Pokhara and Local candidates will be given preference.
