Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Accountant to join our Fuel Department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute their expertise in accounting while working in a dynamic and professional environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Core Responsibilities:

Daily Transactions:

Post daily credit card transactions from COGC into Petro-Data.
Ensure accuracy in billing for QTF, COGC, and Clarksville Transportation Company.
Update and verify Vendor EFT entries and Freight Invoices for QT Fuel, COGC, and
Clarksville Transportation in Petro-Data.
Report any significant issues to Fuel team.

Monthly Review & Reporting:

Review and reconcile Monthly Billing, Freight Profits, and store-level gasoline reports.
Monitor and verify daily stick readings for c-store and Modisoft.

Inventory & Maintenance Tracking:

Assist in managing SIR third-party reports and maintaining 30-day inventory records.
Maintain accurate records of ATG reports, spill bucket inspections, and tank insurance expiry dates.
Ensure proper tracking of maintenance invoices.
