Job Description

Avinya Store is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, tax compliance, and stock records. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to maintaining financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping and financial documentation.
  • Preparation of management reports.
  • Cash flow management and financial projections.
  • Accounts receivable and payable management.
  • Timely liquidity monitoring and bank reconciliation.
  • Handling cash and bank transactions.
  • Ensuring tax compliance, including VAT filing and TDS deposit.
  • Payroll processing and employee salary disbursement.
  • Supporting audits, including preparation of Annex 13 and party confirmations.
  • Managing company documents and preparing necessary minutes and official letters.
  • Maintain and update stock records, ensuring an accurate record of available inventory.
  • Handle stock purchase and sale entries systematically.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT filing and tax documentation.
  • Manage TDS calculations and filings.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in financial audits and tax assessments.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and relevant departments for financial transactions.
