Job Description

  • Prepare journal entries to ensure all the business transactions are properly recorded.
  • Issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner for official record keeping of transactions.
  • Update the account receivables to ensure all the payments are timely recorded in the system.
  • Maintain a record of all account payable transactions to ensure all the payments are made on time.
  • Follow up on the outstanding customers invoices to facilitate timely payment collections.
  • Verify all the expenses and record it in the systems for accurate record keeping of expenses.
  • Assist senior accountant in the documentation of financial transactions during the month-end and audit processes.
  • Perform the administrative tasks assigned by the senior accountant.

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree level qualification in Management with finance specialization.

Technical Requirement:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and Google sheets.

Other Requirements:

  • Should be well organized.
  • Should have time management skills.
  • Should be honest and accountable.
  • Knowledge and experience of accounting systems.is plus.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
