Job Description

Hisan International is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, manage accounting systems, ensure tax compliance, and assist with financial reporting. The role requires expertise in accounting software, financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure they are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Enter financial data into accounting software (such as Tally) and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
  • Prepare and manage VAT and tax documentation in accordance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Generate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Monitor and update stock records and handle costing and related reporting.
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and tracking business financial performance.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support financial activities and ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist in preparing documents for audits and provide necessary financial information.
  • Support financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
