As a Senior Accountant at Archio Design, you will have a mid-level position that plays a crucial role in the financial management of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the financial activities of the organization. You will be responsible for creating financial reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily accounting operations of the company
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly and yearly reports
• Monitor and review budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Manage and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and receivable
• Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing process
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision making 
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably in the Architecture/Interior Design Industry 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices 
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required
• local resident will be plus point
