Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As the Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. This is a mid-level position that requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience in a trading firm or relevant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, Sales, Purchases and general ledgers
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
• Prepare tax(VAT,TDS & others) returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations
• Maintain knowledge of relevant accounting principles, laws, and best practices
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of work experience in a trading firm or relevant industry
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficient in using accounting software like BUSY, Tally and Microsoft Excel(Office Suites)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Team player with the ability to work independently
