Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and provide critical financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.

Prepare financial reports and statements, including income statements and balance sheets.

Maintain accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.

Manage payroll processing and employee benefits.

Handle financial audits and liaise with auditors when required.

Keep financial records up to date and organized.

Note:

Working days: Sunday to Friday
Time: 7am to 3pm

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounting role.
Must have good experience in XERO accounting software
Knowledge of local tax regulations and accounting practices.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
