Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at A Travel Agency. This mid-level position requires a candidate with 3-5 years of work experience in the travel industry, specifically with an IATA certified company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a keen understanding of the unique needs and challenges of the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the company
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budget guidelines
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
  • Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
