  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Notes:

  • Candidates are required to sign a 1-year contract, which renews every year.
  • Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Job Description

J.N.K. Food Industries Pvt. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory and Accounts Coordinator to manage financial transactions, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience in FMCG/food industries, and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments and stock register.
  • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, TDS, etc.) and compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring expenditure against the budget.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Track and manage inventory costs, ensuring proper accounting of stock and raw materials.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring financial compliance and addressing any issues.
  • Handle payroll calculations and ensure timely payment of employee salaries, including deductions and benefits.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain the stock and prepare stock requisitions and fulfill them accordingly.
  • Manage the delivery to and from on a daily basis.
