Job Description

Prepare and check balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports from the system. Accounting candidates must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of account entries. Performs a variety of additional tasks as assigned. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under general supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions of the company’s system.
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements of the system.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary of the system.
Generate and review regular financial reports using system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Utilize system for day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, report generation, and financial analysis.
Provide support and training to other staff members on the use of accounting software.
Stay updated on new features and updates in system to optimize its use.
