Job Description

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Process invoices and expense reports accurately.
  • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Handle communications with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (Finance Manager).
