Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the showroom.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and submit tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of inventory management, including stock valuation and reconciliation.
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee financial records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Regularly review and update financial policies and procedures.
