• Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
• Maintain precision in all financial reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Business Studies (BBS).
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both English and Nepali.
