• Analyse financial data and provide reports to management for decision-making purposes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide support during external audits and liaise with auditors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software like tally and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
