Nepa Rudraksha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at a mid-level position. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial activities of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, auditing, and tax accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including book keeping, cash management, and inventory data entry.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify any discrepancies.
Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents in a timely manner.
Analyse financial data and provide reports to management for decision-making purposes.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's financial stability.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide support during external audits and liaise with auditors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficient in using accounting software like tally and MS Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
