• Manage all billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for all transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and other records for management review.
• Perform regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any financial issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in billing, bookkeeping, or a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
